✨ Overview of Intentions
Physical: Activate your energy body through consistent 3x30 movement.
Spiritual: Deepen connection through breathwork, meditation, and mantras.
Mental: Rewire patterns, strengthen focus, invite divine downloads.
Energetic: Unlock your gifts, raise your frequency, stay aligned.
📅 Suggested Start Time
Begin at 07:00 – Aligns with sunrise energy, theta-alpha brainwave state, and allows spaciousness before the world gets loud.
If you need to start later, that’s totally okay — just aim for consistency over perfection.
🕰️ Sacred Routine Structure (Approx. 60–90 min total)
1. 🌞 Morning Awakening (07:00 – 07:15)
Drink a full glass of water (option: add lemon or a pinch of salt).
Play soft frequency music (e.g. 432 Hz, 963 Hz, or your light code track).
Light a candle or incense to anchor sacred space.
2. 🧘 Breathwork + Grounding (07:15 – 07:30)
My technique:
Inhale 4 sec through nose
Hold 7 sec high in your head (as above)
Exhale 8 sec through mouth low into belly (so below)
Hold empty 7 sec
Repeat 10 cycles
End with 2 min of normal slow breathing, eyes closed, shoulders relaxed
Optional: Hands on heart and solar plexus.
3. 🙏 Mantra & Soul Activation (07:30 – 07:45)
Speak or whisper your mantras:
I am love, I am light, I am truth, I am peace, I am balance, I am abundance.
Add your soul mantra or any light language you feel.
Advanced tip: Chant each mantra three times slowly, breathing deeply between each.
4. 🧘♂️ Meditation + Visioning (07:45 – 08:00)
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Visualize:
A golden column of light running through you
Your higher self merging with you
Your day unfolding in alignment, love, and flow
Feel gratitude. Feel the future.
5. 💪 Physical Activation (08:00 – 08:15)
3x30 (approx. 10–15 min)
30x Pushups or arm-focused move
30x Squats or legs
30x Crunches or core
Optional: Switch up with yoga poses, dancing, or energy shaking on days when you feel it.
Intention: Move energy, not just muscle. Feel your body as a temple.
🌞 Daily Anchors After Routine
Repeat 1 mantra every time you wash your hands or walk past a mirror.
Drink herbal tea or infused water with presence.
Speak one affirmation before entering your online space: “I rise in my mission, today and every day.”
🛌 Optional Evening Ritual (for integration)
Short reflection: “Where did I rise today?”
Light breathwork or binaural beats before sleep
Gratitude or angel number journaling
