Over time, Iāve discovered a simple yet powerful breathing practice that helps me calm the mind, relax the body, and realign with my inner peace.

š¹ Important: If youāre new to breathwork, always begin with a few rounds of relaxed, natural breathing first. Let your body settle. Let your awareness gently arrive. Then, when youāre ready, begin:
š The Technique:
š¹ 1. Inhale deeply through the nose for 4 seconds
ā breathe up into the top of your head, allowing energy to rise.
š¹ 2. Hold your breath for 7 seconds
ā stay lifted in the mind while relaxing your shoulders. Let them drop. Soften.
š¹ 3. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 seconds
ā release all the way down into the belly, as low and soft as possible.
š¹ 4. Hold your breath out for another 7 seconds
ā a still moment of reset.
š¬ļø Repeat this cycle 5 to 10 times, or as many as feel good for you.
Then let your breath return to its natural rhythm. Just rest and observe.
This rhythm of breath helps me feel more present, grounded, and spiritually open. It brings balance to my body and clarity to my thoughts. Itās become a quiet anchor in my day.
Try it and let me know how it feels for you. šæ
Breathe. Relax. Let go. š
šļø The 7-second holds ā reflect āAs above, so below.ā
Thereās a sacred stillness in that space between breaths, a mirror moment where heaven and earth align. One after the inhale (above), one after the exhale (below). Perfect balance. A pause that anchors the duality into unity. Thatās powerful.
š¬ļø The 4-second inhale / 8-second exhale ā speaks volumes.
You take in the breath, the gift (4), and you give back even more (8). Thatās service, thatās release, thatās trust. Youāre letting the exhale carry away what no longer serves, while expressing generosity in your energetic output ā doubling what you received.
This rhythm mirrors a cycle of receiving divine inspiration, holding it in awareness, expressing it back into the world, and then surrendering.
Youāre not just breathing ā youāre encoding intention and harmony into every breath cycle. Thatās what makes it also a ritual and not just a technique.
Youāre creating a living sigil with your body.š«
